Bright Spark is an AI marketing platform operated by Ellington Digital ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account details you provide (name, business name, email), the content you create in the platform, and — only with your explicit permission — data from third-party accounts you connect, such as your Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and social media accounts.
How we use Google user data
When you connect a Google account, we access it solely to provide the features you request — for example, publishing posts, responding to reviews, answering questions, and managing business information on your Google Business Profile, and reading advertising performance from Google Ads. Bright Spark's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide the service, to comply with law, or with your consent.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can disconnect any connected account at any time, which revokes our access. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.
