These terms govern your use of Bright Spark, an AI marketing platform operated by Ellington Digital. By using the platform you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through the platform. Keep your login secure and only connect accounts you're authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
Don't use Bright Spark to publish unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or in a way that violates the terms of any connected service (including Google and social platforms).
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
Service & changes
We work to keep the platform available and may update features over time. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
